Marketing Content Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Content Specialist to drive audience growth and user acquisition for our consumer events business. This hands‑on role blends creative content production, paid social media expertise, and data‑driven optimisation to attract, engage, and convert event attendees.

Key responsibilities

• Paid Social & User Acquisition: Plan, launch, manage and optimise campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok, focusing on ticket sales, registrations and lead generation; manage budgets and optimise CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC and conversion rates; build and test audience segments; monitor performance and provide actionable recommendations; collaborate with the wider marketing team.
• Content Strategy & Production: Develop and execute a social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other platforms; create short‑form video, Reels, TikToks, graphics and event‑related assets; identify trends and cultural moments; work with photographers, videographers, designers and event teams; produce creative concepts for paid ads and maintain a consistent brand voice.
• Analytics & Optimisation: Track and report on content and paid media performance; use data to identify high‑performing audiences, creative concepts and messages; establish testing frameworks for creative, audiences, placements and landing pages; turn insights into recommendations; improve tracking, attribution and conversion measurement.

Required profile

• 1–3+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance or content marketing.
• Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads Manager and paid social advertising.
• Creative mindset combined with data‑driven decision making.
• Ability to produce and coordinate short‑form video and visual assets.
