Marketing Coordinator

About the role

Perkins&Will is looking for a proactive Marketing Coordinator to support its Singapore studio’s marketing and business development initiatives. The role involves preparing proposals, qualification packages, presentations, and a variety of marketing collateral while providing general administrative support.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate proposals, qualification packages, and client presentations.
• Work with the corporate graphics team to ensure high‑quality design across all materials.
• Draft, edit, organize, and proof marketing collateral such as project sheets, resumes, award submissions, brochures, and media pieces.
• Research clients, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform content.
• Support media efforts, including media packages, website updates, and direct‑mail campaigns.
• Assist in event coordination, public‑relations activities, advertisements, and speaking‑engagement content.
• Provide day‑to‑day studio coordination, manage vendors, and handle administrative tasks.
• Support the Office Manager or Talent Manager on special projects as needed.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience supporting proposals and pursuits in AEC or professional services.
• Strong graphic design, writing, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently under pressure.
• Post‑secondary education in marketing, communications, graphic design, journalism, public relations, or a related field.
