Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to support our Marketing department in Advertising & Promotions, character licensing and brand marketing. The role will focus on both online and offline (O+O) communications, digital and social media activities, and the execution of events and community outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in O+O marketing communications, including advertising, promotions and brand awareness initiatives.
• Develop designs for licensed products, premiums and in‑store POS materials.
• Manage digital and social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Instagram Stories, YouTube and TikTok.
• Coordinate media relations, publicity, event management, roadshows and community engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams, partners and sponsors to plan and execute marketing campaigns.
• Perform ad‑hoc projects and provide administrative support to the marketing team.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Experience in FMCG, health & beauty or similar industries is preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proactive, independent, self‑starter with strong results orientation.
• Ability to work with diverse cultures and as part of a team.
• Strong organisational, time‑management and multitasking abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Social‑media savvy on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok.
