Marketing Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Executive to support digital campaign and brand growth initiatives. The role will maintain the brand’s digital presence, create high‑quality content and help develop data‑driven marketing strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to boost brand awareness, engagement and lead generation.
• Conceptualise and produce engaging graphics, copy and videos tailored for various digital platforms.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end content shoots, including equipment setup and post‑production.
• Own day‑to‑day management of social media channels such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Facebook, ensuring a consistent brand voice.
• Track, analyse and report monthly social media performance metrics to optimise reach and engagement.
• Execute a structured monthly content calendar and actively engage with the online community to build brand loyalty.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing, social media management or a related creative field.
• Degree or diploma in Marketing, Mass Communications, Creative Media or a related discipline.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling.
• Portfolio showcasing previous video editing, content creation or campaign work is highly preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with video editing software.
• Graphic design tools such as Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
• Understanding of social media platforms, algorithms and current digital marketing trends.
