Marketing Executive – MVNO

About the role

The Marketing Executive will lead GA‑driven marketing initiatives for CMLink, boosting brand awareness, customer acquisition and footfall to service centres. Working closely with media agencies, creative partners, sales teams and channel partners, the role ensures seamless execution across online and offline touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies to increase acquisition and brand visibility.
• Collaborate with media and creative agencies on content creation and omni‑channel campaign execution.
• Provide marketing support for sales requests, including POSM material development and deployment.
• Manage visual‑merchandising requests for channel partners to maintain brand consistency in‑store.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and HQ to maximise initiative effectiveness.
• Monitor market trends, deliver proactive insights and stay ahead of industry developments.
• Analyse performance data, produce reports and recommend improvements.
• Manage Chinese KOL relationships to expand brand exposure.
• Drive community engagement on Facebook, WeChat and Xiaohongshu.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant marketing or communication experience, preferably in telecommunications.
• Ability to work independently, multitask under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing and collaboration skills.
• Creative thinker with a knack for innovative engagement activities.
• Analytical mindset capable of turning data into actionable insights.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Familiarity with Chinese social platforms (WeChat, Xiaohongshu) and KOL collaboration is a plus.
