Marketing Manager / Assistant Manager

About the role

Popeyes Singapore is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager or Assistant Manager to lead brand initiatives, drive customer engagement and support growth across all channels. You will shape marketing strategy, manage pricing promotions and oversee digital campaigns to strengthen our market position.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Plan and run campaigns that boost brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Design and manage pricing promotions for in‑store, online and third‑party delivery platforms.
• Lead digital marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing and online advertising, and analyse performance metrics.
• Maintain brand consistency through creative messaging and visual assets.
• Coordinate promotional activities and partnership collaborations to increase sales and loyalty.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor actions and consumer preferences.
• Create and monitor marketing budgets, ensuring optimal ROI.
• Work closely with Operations, IT and other cross‑functional teams to align initiatives.
• Provide guidance and support to junior marketing staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing management, preferably within the food & beverage sector.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and platforms.
• Creative mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Analytical skills to evaluate campaign effectiveness and make data‑driven decisions.
• Demonstrated project management capability from concept to execution.
• Leadership experience guiding a marketing team.
