Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to own Estalife’s brand and creative engine. Reporting directly to the founder, you will lead a small creative team and turn scientific nutrition insights and our family story into high‑performing content and ads across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute ad creative and copy for TikTok, Meta, Shopee, Google, the website and other platforms.
• Define and maintain the brand system – voice, visual style, templates and standards – ensuring consistency everywhere.
• Build a static‑ad production pipeline to complement our strong video capabilities.
• Write website, marketplace and email copy that converts paid traffic and supports lifecycle marketing.
• Translate nutritionist‑driven science into clear, actionable content for everyday consumers.
• Lead and mentor the creative content team and coordinate with the e‑commerce marketing output.

Required profile

• Excellent command of English; ability to collaborate on Mandarin assets is a plus.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to work hands‑on in a fast‑moving environment.
• Demonstrated ability to grow and direct a small team without constant supervision.
• Purpose‑driven attitude with high emotional intelligence and a “Majulah Spirit” for pushing a Singaporean brand forward.

Required skills

• High proficiency with AI tools to amplify creative output.
• Ability to run basic data‑analytics and interpret ROAS and CAC metrics.
