Marketing Team Leader

About the role

We are a leading organisation in Singapore seeking a Marketing Team Leader to shape our brand identity and drive both digital and traditional campaigns. You will work closely with sales and senior management to translate strategic objectives into measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with corporate goals.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging across all channels.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify emerging trends.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals, setting performance targets and monitoring productivity.
• Plan and oversee digital campaigns, including social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, content creation, and website management.
• Analyse campaign performance using analytics tools and optimise for ROI.
• Design lead‑generation initiatives to support business development and customer acquisition.
• Oversee production of high‑quality marketing collateral such as presentations, brochures, and promotional materials.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum five years of marketing experience, with at least two years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Experience in B2B environments (professional services, consulting, or financial services) is preferred.
• Proven ability to lead teams, mentor staff and foster a collaborative culture.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
