Mid Senior Social Content Creator

About the role

WPP Production is looking for a Mid Senior Social Content Creator to conceptualise and produce both planned and reactive social‑first content for an ASEAN‑focused account. You will own the end‑to‑end production process, from rapid lo‑fi shoots to polished edits, ensuring the brand maintains a consistent, high‑performing presence across TikTok, Reels and YouTube Shorts.

Key responsibilities

• Generate platform‑native, on‑brand content ideas in English that can be adapted across ASEAN markets.
• Monitor social channels in real time, spot trends and translate them into rapid creative executions.
• Script, shoot, direct and edit high‑quality lo‑fi videos using Premiere Pro, CapCut and native platform tools.
• Create static and motion assets with Adobe Creative Suite to support always‑on programs.
• Capture live content at brand events, product launches and activations.
• Collaborate with social strategists to brief external creators for authentic, high‑performing output.
• Leverage WPP Open, the proprietary AI platform, to automate production tasks and experiment with personalised content at scale.
• Work closely with teams in Singapore, Australia and local markets, reporting to the in‑market Social Creative Lead.

Required profile

• 4+ years of hands‑on experience as a social content creator, capable of self‑shooting and self‑editing.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts formats and best practices.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, always‑on environment and adapt quickly to emerging trends.
