About the role

Join Nestlé Singapore as the National Sales & Operations Manager, leading the Foodservice channel across the country. You will shape strategy, drive profitable growth and manage the full route‑to‑market while collaborating with distributors, wholesalers and the national sales team.

Key responsibilities

Develop channel insights, set commercial planning and OPL to drive sustainable growth.
Lead the national sales team, manage distributors and wholesalers, and own the full route‑to‑market.
Ensure compliance with quality processes and support sales operations.
Manage P&L, develop RTM plans, improve distribution breadth and depth, and support new product development.
Control trade assets, monitor trade fund utilisation and drive productivity improvements.

Required profile

5‑10 years of FMCG sales experience, preferably in foodservice B2B channels.
Proven distributor and people management skills.
Strong understanding of channel insights, financial statements and distribution objectives.
Excellent interpersonal and management abilities with a solid grasp of B2B dynamics.
