NCG Supervisor (South Asia Hub)

About the role

The NCG Supervisor will lead a team of Network Control Group (NCG) agents at DHL Express' South Asia Hub. Reporting to the Network Support Manager, the role ensures proactive monitoring of flight movements, ULD logistics, and timely response to network requests and service incidents.

Key responsibilities

• Provide accurate performance and incident reports to improve service quality.
• Offer tracing services and act as the primary interface with local country customer service on service problems and enquiries.
• Communicate with airlines and service providers to obtain flight details and implement service enhancements.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound operational communications with other gateways and hubs, adhering to DHL standards and protocols.
• Develop and monitor KPIs/IKOs for the team, conduct performance appraisals, and manage resource allocation.
• Identify training needs, ensure compliance with Good Distribution Practice (GDP) for pharmaceutical shipments, and oversee continuous training on relevant SOPs.

Required profile

• Experience in managing logistics or network operations teams.
• Strong analytical skills for performance reporting and incident analysis.
• Ability to coordinate with airlines, service providers, and internal stakeholders.
• Knowledge of GDP and medical express shipment requirements is advantageous.
