Office Management Manager – Corporate Services

About the role

The Office Management Manager will lead the digital transformation of office operations within the Corporate Services Division of the Cyber Security Agency of Singapore. This role drives productivity, service quality, and employee experience through end‑to‑end process redesign and technology adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Lead office management digitalisation and transformation projects from concept to post‑implementation review.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities to streamline processes, reduce manual work, and improve service delivery.
• Conduct workflow analyses, pinpoint operational gaps, and design digital or process‑improvement solutions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and external service providers to gather requirements and define project scope.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring projects stay on schedule.
• Coordinate user requirements gathering, system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), implementation, and rollout of new solutions.
• Facilitate change management and user adoption through guides, SOPs, communications, and training.
• Monitor solution effectiveness, conduct post‑implementation reviews, and recommend further enhancements.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, process maps, and implementation materials.
• Stay informed on emerging technologies and automation tools relevant to office management.
