Operation Intern

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Intern to join our Control Tower team at CEVA Lead Logistics. The intern will support daily supply‑chain activities, ensuring shipments are booked, tracked and any issues are escalated promptly.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, carriers, suppliers and other supply‑chain stakeholders.
• Handle customer orders, related documentation and transport booking with carriers according to routing and service level requirements.
• Monitor transport execution to ensure compliance with work standards and instructions.
• Manage customer requests and supply‑chain incidents, highlighting issues to supervisors and relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure timely and accurate tracking event updates from suppliers and carriers, and follow up on missing events or data inconsistencies.
• Provide input for reporting, monthly reviews and quarterly business reviews.
• Support analysis of standard KPIs, suggest improvements and assist with performance measurement.
• Assist in onboarding new suppliers to ensure order, event and SOP compliance.
• Act in accordance with all relevant SOPs, work instructions and job‑specific procedures.
