Operations Manager – Content & Talent

About the role

This position serves as the central coordination hub for Content, Talent Hub, and key regional stakeholders, supporting the Chief Content & Talent Officer (CCTO) in driving strategic initiatives and ensuring seamless operational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between the CCTO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and timely follow‑through on priorities.
• Coordinate leadership meetings, strategic discussions, and stakeholder engagements while managing a fast‑moving executive schedule.
• Maintain the CCTO’s calendar, proactively prioritising meetings and handling last‑minute changes with discretion.
• Handle highly sensitive and confidential matters, applying sound judgment and governance compliance.
• Prepare and deliver high‑quality executive materials, including business reviews and leadership updates.
• Oversee office operations such as travel, claims, procurement, and documentation, driving continuous process improvement.
• Support regional and strategic co‑production initiatives through effective coordination, tracking, and stakeholder management.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma qualification.
• 8‑12+ years of relevant experience, including significant time supporting C‑suite or equivalent leadership.
• Proven track record managing complex executive offices, leadership rhythms, or enterprise‑level initiatives.
• Strong experience coordinating across regions, functions, or business units.
• Ability to operate with minimal supervision and earn high executive trust.
• Effective bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin.
• Knowledge of content production is a plus.
