Operations Team Leader – Logistics (MNX)

About the role

The Operations Team Leader (MNX) will oversee daily logistics activities, ensuring timely deliveries, high customer satisfaction, and efficient fleet management within a Fortune Global 500 environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage domestic delivery orders to meet required windows and submit PODs promptly.
• Maintain customer relationships, log issues, and support monthly KPI and billing reporting.
• Supervise drivers and riders, track attendance, conduct meetings, and provide training.
• Back‑up Dispatch Coordinator, assign routes, and coordinate with Operations and Warehousing.
• Oversee vehicle fleet maintenance, insurance, regulatory compliance, and incident reporting.
• Plan daily transport activities including milk runs, import/export, and ad‑hoc collections.

Required profile

• Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field.
• Valid Singapore Class 3/4 driving licence and forklift licence.
• Customer‑centric mindset with strong service orientation.
• Excellent communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience with CargoWise or similar Transport Management Systems (TMS).
