Outbound Sales Supervisor (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an Outbound Sales Supervisor to lead our remote sales team in generating qualified leads and new business opportunities. You will shape outbound strategies, mentor junior sales representatives, and collaborate closely with marketing and sales colleagues to drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute outbound sales strategies using cold calling, email outreach and LinkedIn engagement.
• Identify and prospect potential clients in offline retail, e‑commerce and technology sectors to build a robust pipeline.
• Lead LinkedIn outreach initiatives, connect with decision‑makers and nurture prospects.
• Guide and mentor junior outbound sales team members on prospecting techniques, messaging and social selling best practices.
• Conduct market research to pinpoint target companies, industry trends and new opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align outreach campaigns and improve lead quality.
• Monitor outreach performance, conversion rates and pipeline development, providing regular reports and insights to management.

Required profile

• 4‑6+ years of experience in outbound sales or telemarketing.
• Strong research and analytical abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Proactive problem‑solving mindset.
• Excellent written and spoken communication in Cantonese, English and Putonghua.
• Leadership experience mentoring junior team members.
