Outreach Manager – Special Projects (CPD)

About the role

The Outreach Manager will support the AD/Head in engaging Community Development Centers (CDCs) and partner organisations to ensure smooth delivery of the CDC Vouchers Scheme. This role involves coordinating stakeholder interactions, gathering feedback, and assisting with data-driven decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the AD/Head in engaging CDCs and community partners to identify and troubleshoot scheme‑related issues from the perspectives of residents, merchants/hawkers, and banks.
• Coordinate meetings with merchants, grassroots groups, and hawker associations, ensuring clear communication and follow‑up.
• Build rapport with CDC Master Trainers and organise regular check‑ins to share best practices and collect feedback.
• Support planning and mapping of the merchant and resident journey within the national initiative.
• Assist in data collation and basic analysis to inform programme improvements.
• Handle referrals and queries from stakeholders, providing timely responses.
• Follow up on technical or operational issues raised by stakeholders.
• Support additional initiatives under the CDC Vouchers Scheme, including event launches.

Required profile
