Overseas Growth & Monetization Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an Overseas Growth & Monetization Specialist to accelerate the adoption and revenue of our AI‑driven SaaS products in international markets. The role combines performance marketing, data analysis and AI‑native tooling to identify and scale high‑impact growth channels.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and prioritize overseas growth and commercialization opportunities across SEO, SEM, paid advertising, social media and KOL initiatives.
• Access the data warehouse, extract relevant metrics and build monitoring dashboards using Tableau or custom web‑based solutions.
• Analyse business performance, detect data anomalies and provide actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain a competitor tracking system leveraging AI tools such as Claude and Codex.
• Produce regular analysis reports and share findings with internal teams.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in overseas growth, data operations or commercialization analysis within the SaaS/AI sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to work directly with data warehouses and dashboards.
• Proficiency in English for daily communication and research.

Required skills

• AppsFlyer attribution platform.
• Analytics tools: Sensors Data, Aurora, Amplitude.
• Dashboard creation with Tableau or web coding (HTML/CSS/JS).
• AI tools: Claude, Codex.
