Overseas Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an Overseas Marketing Specialist to drive bilibili’s brand awareness and user growth across international markets. You will shape the company’s presence in key overseas regions and work closely with media partners, creators and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to increase brand visibility and user acquisition in global markets.
• Manage and grow bilibili’s overseas social media channels, creating engaging content and community initiatives.
• Plan and launch go‑to‑market campaigns in collaboration with media partners, creators and external stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and user feedback to provide actionable insights.
• Analyze performance data to optimise traffic growth, conversion, engagement and creator metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 1–3 years of experience in overseas or brand marketing, user growth or community operations.
• Fluent in Chinese and English; additional language skills (e.g., Japanese) are a strong plus.
• Deep interest in ACG, short‑form video, streaming or related entertainment sectors.
• Experience or network in markets such as Japan, Southeast Asia or North America is highly preferred.
• Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical abilities.
