Paid Digital Manager

About the role

The Paid Digital Manager will lead digital delivery for client accounts, owning strategy, execution and performance across LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta and programmatic platforms. You will partner closely with Client Partners to shape media mix and turn campaign data into actionable insights that drive pipeline and account metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end paid social and search delivery, from planning through optimisation to reporting.
• Collaborate with Client Partners and Planners to translate client objectives into channel strategies.
• Ensure flawless campaign launches and comprehensive wrap‑up reporting.
• Connect search and social performance to broader business goals and provide clear insights and recommendations.
• Build, mentor and manage a small high‑performing team, setting objectives and conducting performance reviews.
• Negotiate and manage vendor and platform partnerships, monitoring campaigns against KPIs.
• Develop team capability in emerging search formats such as SEO, AEO/GEO and AI‑driven search experiences.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with paid social and search platforms and a strong understanding of SEM, SEO and audience targeting.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a small team.
• Analytical mindset to turn data into insights and actionable recommendations.
