About the role

We are seeking a sharp, strategic, and hands‑on Performance Marketing Lead to spearhead full‑funnel growth for global digital‑first telco brands, with a key focus on our flagship Singapore market. This high‑impact leadership role owns the end‑to‑end performance engine – scaling user acquisition, building a solid conversion funnel and optimizing the full‑funnel journey.

Key responsibilities

• Own the paid media strategy across all funnel stages, including acquisition, re‑engagement and conversion, while maintaining strong ROI.
• Develop and execute the channel mix strategy across Search, Social and other paid channels.
• Plan, launch, monitor and continuously optimise campaigns to maximise performance.
• Collaborate with agency partners and cross‑functional stakeholders to align on goals and deliverables.
• Analyse performance data, generate actionable insights and iterate on tactics to improve efficiency.
• Drive growth strategy and execution for the Singapore market and support global brand initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven track record of driving significant business growth in a fast‑paced, digital‑first environment.
• Strong analytical capabilities with a data‑driven decision‑making approach.
• Deep understanding of performance marketing trends and best practices.
• Experience managing agency partners and coordinating cross‑functional teams.
