Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid digital campaigns. You will work closely with internal teams and external agencies to drive conversion performance and improve website experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and monitor paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Develop and run A/B and multivariate tests to boost key conversion metrics.
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation and budget planning for each initiative.
• Set up and manage tracking tools, conversion pixels, Google Tag Manager and analytics dashboards.
• Coordinate with vendors, agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure timely, high‑quality deliverables.
• Maintain and update website content, ensuring SEO optimisation and brand consistency using Adobe Experience Management.
• Analyse website performance, identify CRO opportunities and track keyword rankings.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in performance marketing and website optimisation.
• At least 3 years of hands‑on experience managing multiple Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts.
• Strong understanding of PPC, retargeting, funnel strategies and ad compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
