Performance Marketing Specialist, Mobile

About the role

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist (Mobile) to lead our mobile user acquisition strategy. You will own data‑driven campaign execution across major ad platforms, optimise ROAS and ensure accurate measurement for our crypto‑focused products.

Key responsibilities

• Create, optimise and scale performance campaigns on Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Apple Search Ads, TikTok and other channels.
• Drive aggressive ROAS targets and efficient mobile user acquisition.
• Manage AppsFlyer integration, maintain data integrity and attribution accuracy.
• Brief creative teams, produce and validate ad copy and video scripts, leveraging AI tools.
• Detect and prevent mobile ad fraud using specialised tools.
• Self‑serve data analysis with SQL, Looker and Tableau to reduce reliance on data teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years of performance/growth marketing experience focused on mobile app growth.
• Proven track record of ROAS‑focused optimisation and managing budgets over $300k per month.
• Hands‑on experience with Google, Meta, Apple Search Ads and TikTok advertising platforms.
• Fluent professional English and experience in crypto, fintech or gaming sectors.
