Product Director

About the role

Virtuos is seeking a senior Product Director to lead multiple AI‑focused product tracks, including General & Administrative, Sales, and PMO. You will work closely with Product Owners, Producers and Project Managers to shape product strategy, prioritize initiatives, and ensure successful delivery across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Define clear product strategies and roadmaps for each AI track, aligning them with business value and user needs.
• Prioritize features and initiatives, make trade‑off decisions, and adjust priorities based on feedback and performance data.
• Guide Producers and Project Managers on planning, sequencing, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Introduce product and project management disciplines that improve clarity, accountability, and delivery outcomes.
• Coach product owners, producers, and project managers, building alignment across studios, engineering, and business functions.
• Communicate product direction, progress, risks, and decisions to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Significant experience in product management with strong product judgement.
• Proven ability to define product strategy and drive execution across multiple teams.
• Experience coaching and influencing cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills for senior stakeholder engagement.
