Product & Engagement Marketing Specialist – Retail Banking

About the role

GXS Bank is looking for a Product & Engagement Marketing Specialist to amplify its digital banking story, drive acquisition, and nurture customer loyalty. You will work at the intersection of product, data, and creative communication to increase app usage and brand affinity.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch product marketing campaigns across paid media, partner channels, and the GXS website to generate high‑value app downloads.
• Execute lifecycle marketing strategies on owned and in‑app channels to boost product usage and retention.
• Create and curate content for paid, owned, and social platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
• Monitor social media for insights, manage campaign calendars, and support day‑to‑day marketing operations.
• Collaborate with PR, corporate communications, business teams, and agency partners to deliver cohesive brand experiences.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in junior marketing roles, preferably in product or lifecycle marketing.
• Strong grasp of communication fundamentals, messaging hierarchy, and media planning.
• Curiosity for market trends and ability to translate them into differentiated digital content.

Required skills

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud (experience is a plus).
