Product Marketing Manager – Google Play

About the role

Google Play is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to drive regional growth across APAC, focusing on multiplatform gaming expansion in Japan, Korea, and Taiwan. Based in Singapore, you will shape market narratives, design evergreen social playbooks, and translate data insights into strategic product roadmaps that boost user engagement and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct deep‑dives into regional market trends, gaming dynamics, and cross‑platform opportunities.
• Transform complex datasets into actionable insights that inform product roadmap and marketing engines.
• Design and scale a regional evergreen social playbook for local deployment, including content strategy, community benchmarks, and social listening frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—sales, legal, product development, engineering—to align positioning, naming, and external communications.
• Lead the development of measurement systems to convert product potential into bottom‑line impact.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or brand management within technology, consumer internet, or gaming.
• Proven immersion in the gaming industry with strong intuition for mobile and cross‑platform trends.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Curiosity about AI, with experience building or experimenting with AI‑driven workflows to improve marketing efficiency.
