Product Specialist - Pharma

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Product Specialist to drive sales and promote our pharmaceutical portfolio across multiple therapeutic areas. The role involves building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and delivering tailored product presentations.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales initiatives and achieve targets across various therapeutic domains.
• Develop and maintain relationships with specialists, primary care providers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Deliver compelling, educational presentations adapted to each therapeutic area.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.
• Provide exceptional service and support to enhance product trust and loyalty.
• Collaborate with marketing and medical affairs to optimise promotional and educational initiatives.
• Gather and analyse market intelligence to identify growth opportunities.
• Stay updated with the latest clinical data and research to reinforce product knowledge.
• Perform ad‑hoc duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences or a related field.
• Minimum three years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Experience in dermatology or ophthalmology is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast‑paced team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
