Project Construction Manager – Commercial Office

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Construction Manager to lead commercial office projects from concept to completion. You will act as the primary liaison between clients, design teams, and contractors, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with project management agents and potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Business Development team during the pitching stage.
• Attend site meetings, client briefings, and conduct site measurements.
• Prepare work schedules, monitor costing, and produce progress reports.
• Coordinate internal Construction and Quantity Surveyor teams throughout construction.
• Ensure projects meet target timelines, budgets, and profit margins.
• Arrange plan submissions to local authorities and organize inspections.
• Recommend corrective actions for non‑conforming products and project deficiencies.
• Manage day‑to‑day activities and liaise with architects, designers, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and M&E specialists.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in interior design or renovation projects.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of project management processes across all project stages.
• Resourceful and adaptable to changing environments.
• Effective communication with colleagues, clients, and subcontractors.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Project.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Competence in Microsoft Word.
