Project Engineer

About the role

The Project Engineer will support the Project Manager in supervising structural and architectural works across multiple sites in Singapore. This role involves close coordination with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to authority standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in site supervision of structural and architectural works.
• Coordinate with consultants, RTO/RE, and other stakeholders for project planning, documentation, and execution.
• Monitor progress, mobilise manpower, and manage material planning and ordering.
• Liaise with contractors and suppliers on implementation issues and attend site meetings as required.
• Prepare and submit all necessary project documentation and weekly progress reports.
• Attend subcontractor meetings, conduct site inspections, and ensure quality control meets authority requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience on LTA (Land Transport Authority) projects.
• Strong background in building and architectural works.
• Excellent organisational and planning abilities.
• Effective communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work both independently and within a team.
