Project Manager – Audio Visual & Multimedia (APAC)

About the role

New Era Technology is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of Audio Visual (AV) and multimedia technology projects for a global corporate client across the Asia Pacific region. Based onsite in Singapore, you will manage the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to handover, ensuring premium collaboration and multimedia spaces are delivered on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end AV and multimedia projects across APAC, coordinating design, implementation, testing, and closeout.
• Gather client and business requirements and translate them into technology solutions.
• Review floor plans, room layouts and AV specifications with architects, interior designers, integrators and vendors.
• Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, resource plans and Statements of Work.
• Lead RFP processes, vendor selection, bid reviews and commercial negotiations.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, risks, change requests and produce regular project reports.
• Oversee deployment of meeting‑room technologies, collaboration platforms, digital signage, IPTV and other multimedia solutions.
• Conduct site inspections, ensure quality standards, coordinate commissioning, user training and operational handovers.

Required profile

• 7‑10+ years of experience managing, designing or delivering enterprise AV projects.
• Strong understanding of AV systems, multimedia technologies and workplace collaboration solutions.
• Proven ability to manage complex technology deployments across multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with architects, designers and vendors.
