Project Manager - Conference & Events

About the role

MP Singapore is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning and delivery of high‑profile conferences, exhibitions and corporate events across Singapore and the region. You will work closely with government agencies, international associations and corporate clients to create impactful event experiences from concept to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project planning, execution and post‑event evaluation for conferences, exhibitions and meetings.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, risk registers and milestone tracking.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, sponsors, exhibitors, speakers and partners, ensuring expectations are met.
• Manage vendor selection, contracts, negotiations and performance to control costs and quality.
• Oversee financial aspects including budgeting, expenditure monitoring and sponsorship fulfilment.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale conferences or business events.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Ability to identify risks early and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget.
