Project Manager, Corporate Events

About the role

FIRST is seeking a Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of internal and client‑facing events worldwide. You will manage the full event lifecycle—from briefing to post‑event reconciliation—across virtual, in‑person, and hybrid formats.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute multiple high‑profile events, conferences and hybrid experiences.
• Develop and manage budgets, process invoices, and deliver final financial reports.
• Source, negotiate and contract venues, suppliers and vendors.
• Oversee registration, travel, accommodation, catering, entertainment, AV, webcasts, staging and speaker logistics.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Production, Event Technology, Data, Legal) to ensure seamless delivery.
• Manage virtual platforms, timelines, invitations and stakeholder communications.
• Travel domestically or internationally for site inspections and on‑site event management.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing corporate events or large‑scale conferences.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to handle budgets and expense reconciliation.
• Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel for on‑site inspections and event execution.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple internal departments.
