Project Manager – Delivery Lead

About the role

The Project Manager is responsible for leading the end‑to‑end delivery of client projects and campaigns within an agency environment. Working closely with the Account Manager, you will define scope, build schedules, manage resources and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, create detailed plans and schedules, and oversee execution from initiation to completion.
• Select and apply the appropriate delivery methodology (Agile, Waterfall or hybrid) for each project.
• Plan, secure and balance resources across creative and delivery teams, managing traffic and workflow to optimise utilisation.
• Own all financial aspects of the job – estimates, purchase orders, budgets, work‑in‑progress, invoicing and profitability – using Kantata.
• Control scope changes, protect margins and provide timely financial updates to Finance and Client Services.
• Manage quality assurance, risk, issue and change management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with the Account Manager to meet client requirements and communicate clearly with all stakeholders.
• Support junior project colleagues and contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes.

Required profile

• Established project management experience, preferably within an agency setting.
• Strong command of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, hybrid).
• Proven track record of financial and commercial management of projects.
• Excellent resource and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluent English with strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
