Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of client projects and campaigns within our agency. The role will be responsible for planning, resourcing, budgeting and ensuring high‑quality delivery while working closely with Account Managers and creative teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, create detailed plans and schedules, and manage execution to successful completion.
• Select and apply the appropriate delivery methodology (Agile, Waterfall or hybrid) for each project.
• Plan and secure resources across creative and delivery teams, balancing multiple concurrent projects.
• Manage trafficking and workflow to optimise utilisation and protect deadlines.
• Own job financials in Kantata, including estimates, purchase orders, budgets, invoicing and profitability.
• Control scope changes, protect margins and provide timely financial updates.
• Lead quality assurance, risk, issue and change management across projects.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure client requirements are met and communicate clearly with all stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project management, preferably within an agency environment.
• Strong command of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, hybrid).
• Demonstrated financial and commercial management of projects.
• Excellent resource and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluent English communication skills.
