Project Manager – Retail Banking

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead digital initiatives within the retail banking sector. You will oversee projects that span internet, mobile, and branch banking channels, ensuring seamless customer journeys and successful digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end projects for Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Branch Banking, Customer Onboarding, and Service Requests.
• Plan, estimate, budget, and allocate resources for each project.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional stakeholders and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Apply SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies to deliver high‑quality solutions.
• Utilize project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, and Excel for tracking and reporting.

Required profile

• Strong experience in retail banking and banking channels.
• Hands‑on experience with CRM platforms, specifically Siebel CRM or Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Good understanding of banking customer journeys and digital transformation initiatives.
• Proven stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
