Key responsibilities
- Define project goals, set the scope, and create a clear project management plan.
- Build timelines, set milestones, and track daily progress.
- Estimate costs, set the budget, and monitor expenses.
- Assign tasks to team members and manage tools or materials.
- Spot potential problems early and create backup plans.
- Motivate workers, resolve conflicts, and give feedback.
- Share regular updates with clients and team leaders.
- Ensure final results meet required standard.
