About the role
We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join NEWSOLUTION CONSTRUCTION & MATERIAL TRADING PTE. LTD. in Singapore. The role involves managing project financials, contracts, and procurement to ensure successful project delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and submit progress claims to track project financial status.
- Administer contracts to ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
- Coordinate engineering design details to align with project requirements.
- Finalize project accounts to accurately reflect costs and revenues.
- Organize subcontractors and site staff to optimize work schedules and productivity.
- Procure materials and arrange equipment to support project execution.
- Communicate effectively with clients, engineers, and architects to resolve issues and align expectations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by Senior Contracts Manager, Contracts Manager, Assistant Contracts Manager, or Project Manager.
Required profile
- Professional level.
- Willingness to perform additional duties as assigned by senior management.
