About the role
We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our Learning Centre. This entry‑level position is based in the heart of Singapore and offers a permanent contract with a supportive team environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality, customer‑focused service at the front desk.
- Identify and assess customer needs to ensure continuous satisfaction.
- Take ownership of customer issues and resolve them efficiently within defined service level agreements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes.
- Maintain close liaison with other departments to ensure seamless client experiences.
Required profile
- Fresh or entry‑level candidate with a strong service mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and strong problem‑solving abilities.
