Recruitment Consultant

About the role

Randstad is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join its Singapore team. You will receive direct support from a manager and an experienced mentor while working in a hybrid environment that blends office collaboration with remote flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment life‑cycle, from business development and account management to candidate sourcing, interview preparation and offer negotiation.
• Identify and engage new client businesses and grow existing accounts through exceptional service delivery.
• Conduct client meetings with HR contacts or hiring managers to understand hiring needs and share market trends.
• Source and assess talent for clients across a range of industries, from startups to global MNCs.
• Interview candidates, negotiate salary packages and provide interview coaching.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, talent acquisition, engineering, audit or a related field.
• Proven teamwork, leadership and goal‑oriented mindset.
• Self‑starter with strong communication skills and a drive for business development.
