Key responsibilities

• Client Development – build and manage relationships with hiring managers, negotiate agreements and understand talent needs.
• Candidate Engagement – identify, headhunt and engage mid‑senior to executive professionals through proactive outreach.
• End‑to‑End Process Management – own the full recruitment cycle from introductions to offer negotiation and post‑placement support.
• Embrace Technology and Data – use best‑in‑class tools and market data to enhance outreach and track trends.

Required profile

• Ambitious mindset with a desire to build a career quickly and earn well.
• Strong communication skills – confident, clear and adaptable.
• Professional demeanor – prepared, follow‑through and mature.
• Demonstrated work ethic through sport, part‑time work, internships or academics.
• Degree 2:1 or above, or at least two years’ experience in a sales environment.
