About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join Kerry Consulting, Singapore’s leading executive recruitment firm. In this role you will act as a trusted talent adviser for our clients and a career coach for candidates, helping to match top talent with senior‑level opportunities across multiple sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their strategic hiring needs.
• Source, assess and present qualified candidates for roles in Commerce, Finance & Strategy, HR, Legal, Financial Services, Sales & Marketing, and Technology.
• Guide candidates through the recruitment process, providing career advice and interview preparation.
• Build and promote Kerry Consulting’s brand in the market through networking events and thought‑leadership activities.
• Generate new business opportunities and grow your own portfolio of accounts.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within an executive search environment.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial setting.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Ambitious, principled and driven to achieve results.
