Recruitment Consultant

About the role

We are an executive search firm seeking a dynamic Recruitment Consultant to manage end‑to‑end hiring for mid‑ to senior‑level positions across accounting, finance, IT and corporate functions. Reporting to the Director, you will play a key part in matching top talent with our clients’ needs.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and interview candidates to align them with suitable opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand hiring requirements.
• Drive business development activities to identify and secure new accounts.
• Manage job offers and facilitate onboarding for a smooth candidate and client experience.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience managing the full 360 recruitment cycle is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
