Recruitment Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join Quess Singapore’s talent acquisition team. You will support the full recruitment lifecycle for a portfolio of clients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals and internal databases.
• Screen and shortlist applicants based on job specifications and client needs.
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments to gauge fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules, manage feedback loops and support the offer process, including salary negotiations and reference checks.
• Maintain candidate pipelines for current and future openings.
• Provide timely updates to candidates and assist senior consultants in nurturing client relationships.
• Track and record activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and generate basic recruitment reports.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field (preferred).
• 0–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in an agency setting, or a strong interest in starting a recruitment career.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational abilities.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
