Regional Executive Recruiter – Tech (APJC)

About the role

Our client, a global technology leader operating across Asia Pacific, Japan and China, is seeking a seasoned Regional Executive Recruiter to lead senior‑level searches and shape the leadership talent strategy for the region. This consultative position partners directly with senior business leaders and HR to deliver confidential, high‑impact executive hiring.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end executive search assignments for C‑suite minus one and two roles across APJC, managing the process from strategy through assessment, reference checks and offer negotiation.
• Develop and execute market‑mapping exercises, building detailed talent landscapes that include key organisations, reporting structures, emerging talent and succession candidates.
• Provide talent intelligence and actionable insights on hiring trends, compensation, diversity representation and competitor activity.
• Build and maintain live talent pools and executive networks across technology and corporate functions.
• Advise senior stakeholders on executive assessment, hiring decisions and talent‑acquisition strategy.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience in executive search, executive recruitment or senior‑level talent acquisition.
• Proven track record delivering Director, VP and senior leadership hires within the APJC region.
• Experience in a reputable executive search firm or an established in‑house executive recruiting function.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing abilities and commercial acumen.
