Regional Marketing Director – Strategy (Fintech)

About the role

The Regional Marketing Director – Strategy will lead the development and execution of the overall marketing strategy across Singapore and the wider region for a fintech business. This senior role combines strategic planning with hands‑on leadership of digital, performance, brand, content and social media initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement a regional marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead digital, performance, brand, content and social media marketing activities.
• Drive customer acquisition, engagement and retention through multi‑channel campaigns.
• Plan and manage campaigns across digital platforms, events and partnerships.
• Oversee SEO, SEM, paid advertising, website and social media initiatives.
• Develop content and campaigns to strengthen brand presence.
• Monitor market trends, competitors and customer behaviour to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage marketing budget, agencies, KOLs and external partners.
• Track key metrics such as acquisition cost, conversion rates and ROI.
• Collaborate with Business, Product, Compliance and regional teams.
• Lead and develop the Singapore marketing team while ensuring compliance with MAS regulations.

Required profile

• 10+ years of marketing experience, including senior leadership roles.
• Background in fintech, financial services, brokerage, banking, investment or technology.
• Proven track record in digital/performance marketing and customer acquisition.
• Experience managing teams and marketing budgets.
• Strong understanding of the Singapore market.
• Knowledge of financial markets or investment is an advantage.
