Regional Marketing Manager – Asia

About the role

Veeam is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager for Asia to support its Global GTM organization. The role will design and execute a region‑specific marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, security‑led pipeline generation, and customer acquisition across South Asia, Korea, and Hong Kong.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement an integrated marketing plan tailored to Asian markets, aligning with regional growth targets.
• Partner with Sales, BDR, Channel, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Demand Generation teams to identify market priorities and pipeline needs.
• Create and launch ABM programs, digital campaigns, field events, trade shows, webinars, and partner‑led initiatives that showcase the combined value proposition of Securiti AI + Veeam.
• Coordinate with Veeam’s global marketing teams to leverage synergies, share resources, and maximize impact of joint programs.
• Manage regional marketing budget, campaign strategy, and execution across a mix of channels and activities.

Required profile

• Strategic and execution‑oriented marketer with proven experience operating across diverse Asian countries and cultures.
• Highly collaborative, data‑driven, and commercially focused professional.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
• Strong understanding of security‑led demand generation and brand positioning.
