Regional Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives across Singapore, driving revenue growth and expanding market share within the maritime and industrial sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop regional sales strategies to increase revenue, market share, and business growth.
• Identify new opportunities across ports, terminals, shipping lines, crane manufacturers, and industrial customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, agents, and strategic partners.
• Manage key accounts and projects from enquiry, quotation, negotiation through delivery and final acceptance.
• Lead major contract negotiations, tenders, pricing, commercial terms, and customer proposals.
• Mentor regional sales teams and partners while monitoring pipelines, targets, forecasts, and sales performance.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activities, providing strategic updates and recommendations to senior management.
