About the role
The Sales Advisor at BOGGI Milano builds strong relationships with clients and translates the brand’s vision into daily results.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets set by the Store Manager.
- Collaborate with colleagues to foster a trusting team environment.
- Maintain a positive, constructive approach under pressure.
- Engage clients with a consultative sales approach aligned with brand positioning.
- Analyze KPIs and implement corrective actions to improve store performance.
- Deliver excellent customer experiences through storytelling and product knowledge.
- Manage time and daily priorities effectively.
Required profile
- At least one year of sales experience in premium fashion/menswear.
- Good command of English; additional languages a plus.
