About the role
The Regional Sales & Marketing Manager for MB Vans SEA will lead sales and marketing activities for Mercedes‑Benz Vans across Singapore and the broader Southeast Asian region. Reporting to the regional centre, the role focuses on growing fleet sales, developing body‑builder partnerships, and coordinating cross‑functional operations.
Key responsibilities
- Drive sales of MB Vans to international, regional and national fleets and body‑builders.
- Develop new business relationships with regional and national body‑builders and fleets.
- Coordinate sales, CSP, technical, digitalisation and marketing activities across markets.
- Prepare sales quotations, monitor competitor activity and pricing trends.
- Collaborate with Mercedes‑Benz Fleet Management, leasing companies and system suppliers to integrate equipment.
- Travel regularly within the region to support and expand the MB Van business.
- Liaise with HQ in Stuttgart on production requirements, pricing, and internal audit processes.
- Support after‑sales parts and technical issues to achieve CSP NRCP targets.
Required profile
- Proven experience in automotive sales and marketing, preferably in commercial vehicle segment.
- Strong network with body‑builders, fleet operators and leasing partners in SEA.
- Ability to develop and execute regional sales strategies and monitor performance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
