Senior Account Manager - SEA & ANZ

The company, a global life‑sciences organisation, is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead growth across pharmaceutical and biotechnology customers in Southeast Asia and Australia‑New Zealand. The role focuses on selling chemicals, laboratory and production equipment, and integrated solutions for research and manufacturing environments, with regular regional travel.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth across assigned pharma and biotech accounts.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with regional objectives.
• Manage complex sales cycles involving technical, procurement and executive stakeholders.
• Deliver high‑impact sales presentations and value‑based proposals.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships.
• Collaborate closely with technical and application specialists.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets through disciplined execution.
• Represent the company professionally at customer and industry engagements across the region.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of sales experience within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Proven track record selling chemicals and equipment into regulated environments.
• Strong strategic selling capability with a results‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent presentation skills and confidence engaging senior decision‑makers.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities across diverse markets.
• Willingness to travel across Southeast Asia and ANZ up to 30% of the time.
